Apologetics - An Ancient Call
Throughout history followers of Christ have been called on to defend the faith and family when it was under attack. Men like the Apostle Paul, Justin Martyr, Augustine, Thomas Aquinas, and C.S. Lewis answered the call. Apologetics is not new. It may have fallen out of view for the modern Christian, but apologetics is an ancient trust given by God. There is no less need to proclaim the truth of the Gospel today. Just look at events around you. The resurrection of Jesus, biblical authority, moral absolutes, the existence of God, and the very building blocks of society--families--are being attacked. Apologetics is the Christian discipline dealing with these very issues. It is time for champions of the cause to step forward. It is time for a movement within the church to "proclaim and defend." So, come to TNG 2013 to begin Experiencing Apologetics.
