Registration* cost includes attendance at sessions (all day Friday and Saturday), resource bag, commemorative conference workbook with detailed conference information.
*Registration fees are subject to change without notice. Registration fee does not include any add-on items listed on the conference registration pages. These items will only be available as add-on items, and will be charged accordingly.
Important! Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. In past years the event has sold out, as attendees have come from all 50 US states and as many as 17 countries. Walk-ins are accepted at the walk-in price ($85), but due to space limitations, pre-registration is strongly encouraged!
Student Discount Details - discount for children, teens, and college students are as shown above. Student ID will be required at check-in. Youth tickets can not be transferred to someone else unless the additional ticket price is paid.
Q. Will you send me a confirmation number or tickets?
A. No. Your e-mail receipt from Brushfire.com is your confirmation. Come to the registration tables at the conference to pick up your credentials, program, schedule, and a bag with free items.
Q. What if after registering I find I am not able to come. Will I be able to get a refund?
A. The cut off date for requesting refunds is Sept. 13th, which is two weeks prior to the event. Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund.
